Competition Terms & Conditions
Official Rules Governing All Promotions and Competitions by Champs Group

1. Introduction
These General Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to all competitions, prize draws, and promotions ("Competitions") run by Champs Group (Pty) Ltd ("Champs Group", "we", "us", or "our"). By entering any Competition, you agree to be bound by these Terms, as well as any specific terms and conditions ("Specific Terms") outlined for that particular Competition. In the event of a conflict, the Specific Terms will prevail.
Please read these Terms carefully. Your participation constitutes your full and unconditional agreement to be bound by these Terms and our decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Competition.
2. Eligibility
- Age: Unless otherwise specified in the Specific Terms, Competitions are open only to individuals who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
- Residency: Competitions are open only to legal residents of South Africa, unless otherwise specified.
- Exclusions: Employees, directors, and officers of Champs Group, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, children, and their respective spouses) and household members are not eligible to participate.
- Compliance: Entries that do not comply with these Terms and any Specific Terms will be disqualified.
3. How to Enter
Specific entry methods and requirements will be detailed in the Specific Terms for each Competition. Common entry methods may include:
- Completing an online form.
- Submitting content (e.g., photos, videos, essays).
- Liking, sharing, or commenting on social media posts.
- Making a purchase of a specific product or service.
- Signing up for a newsletter.
Limit: Unless otherwise stated, only one entry per person is permitted. Multiple entries from the same person (using different email addresses, social media accounts, etc.) may result in disqualification.
Entry Period: Entries must be submitted within the specified start and end dates/times ("Entry Period") as stated in the Specific Terms. Entries received outside of the Entry Period will not be considered.
4. Prizes
- Prize Description: The prize(s) for each Competition will be clearly described in the Specific Terms. Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or other substitutes, unless otherwise specified.
- Prize Value: The approximate retail value (ARV) of the prize(s) will be stated in the Specific Terms. The actual value may vary.
- Prize Modifications: Champs Group reserves the right to substitute any prize with a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable for any reason.
- Taxes: Any and all applicable taxes (including income tax) and any other costs or expenses associated with the acceptance or use of the prize not specified herein as being provided are the sole responsibility of the winner.
5. Winner Selection & Notification
- Selection Method: Winners will be selected via a random draw, judging panel, or other method as explicitly stated in the Specific Terms.
- Draw Date: The draw or judging date will be specified in the Specific Terms.
- Notification: Potential winners will be notified via the contact method provided upon entry (e.g., email, direct message on social media, phone call) within a specified timeframe after the draw date.
- Response Time: Potential winners must respond to the notification within the timeframe specified in the notification. Failure to respond within the required timeframe may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.
- Verification: Potential winners may be required to provide proof of identity, age, and residency, and may be required to sign an affidavit of eligibility, liability release, and publicity release (where legal) to claim the prize.
6. Prize Claim & Delivery
- Claim Process: Details regarding the claim process will be provided upon winner notification.
- Delivery: Prizes will be delivered to the winner in a manner and timeframe determined by Champs Group, as agreed upon during the prize claim process. Champs Group is not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen prizes once dispatched.
- Forfeiture: If a potential winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond within the required time, fails to provide requested information, is found to be ineligible, or declines the prize, the prize may be forfeited, and an alternate winner may be selected.
7. Publicity & Consent
By entering a Competition, you grant Champs Group and its affiliates the irrevocable, perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sub-licensable license to publish, display, reproduce, modify, distribute, and otherwise use your entry (including any submitted content, name, likeness, and city/country of residence) for promotional, advertising, and marketing purposes, without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.
8. Data Protection & Privacy
Any personal information collected during a Competition will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA). Your data will be used solely for the purpose of administering the Competition, notifying winners, and fulfilling prizes, unless you have explicitly opted-in to receive marketing communications from us.
Your personal information will not be shared with third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent.
9. General Conditions
- Modifications: Champs Group reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify any Competition, or any part of it, if any fraud, technical failures, human error, or any other factor beyond Champs Group's reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Competition, as determined by Champs Group in its sole discretion.
- Disqualification: Champs Group reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Competition, or to be acting in violation of these Terms or any Specific Terms.
- Limitation of Liability: By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Champs Group, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all liability for any injuries, loss, or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with the Competition or any prize won.
- No Endorsement: Competitions are in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, or any other social media platform unless explicitly stated in the Specific Terms.
10. Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms and any Competition shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms or a Competition shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the South African courts.

Champs Group is excited to launch an ongoing referral competition! If you refer a client who signs up for our Month-to-Month Website Package at R200 per month, you will receive R50 per month for every active referral.
Earn Monthly: As long as your referral keeps paying for their subscription, you’ll continue to earn R50 every month. There is no limit to how many clients you can refer!
Payment Guidelines
- Referrers must be registered in our system with valid banking details.
- Referral payments are made monthly via EFT between the 5th and 10th of each month.
- To qualify, referrals must mention your name at sign-up or use your unique referral code.
- Payments are based only on active paying subscriptions.
Disclaimer
This referral promotion is subject to review and can be updated or discontinued at Champs Group’s discretion with 30 days’ notice. Abuse or misuse of the referral system may result in disqualification and forfeiture of earned funds.
